1. The first layer : uPVC Layer
uPVC has high hardness and mechanical properties. The mechanical properties enhance with the molecular weight increasing and strong enough being used as roofing product. The mechanical properties of rigid uPVC is very good. Heat Resistance, Non Asbestos, Non Hazardous Material, Environment Friendly product, Non Zinc, Non Corrosive product.
2. Second Layer: Masakaya High Polimer Carbon Fibers Layer
The properties of Masakaya HIGH POLIMER Carbon Fibers, such as high stiffness, high tensile strength, low weight, high chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance and low thermal expansion, make them the best in roofing product application. Masakaya High Polimer Carbon Fibers are combined with uPVC resin and wound or molded it forms carbon fiber reinforced plastic (referred to as Masakaya High Polimer Carbon Fiber) which has a very high strength‐to‐weight ratio, and is extremely rigid and have a very high heat tolerance.
3. Third Layer: uPVC Layer
